Bruce Lee to be cloned for Pugilistic Park

Mitchell Crichton of Kung Fu Chronicles reports that regulatory approval has been granted for the extraction of DNA and subsequent cloning of martial artist and pop culture icon Jun Fan 'Bruce' Lee for the new martial arts-themed venue Pugilistic Park, now under construction outside Shanghai.

Details are hard to come by, but reactions from martial artists have been mixed. "I can't wait to see him kicking butt again", said April Fu, a northern preying mantis practitioner in Los Angeles. Others, like Kim Richards, a ninjutsu instructor on a trip to the main dojo near Kyoto, Japan, disagreed. "It just won't be the same. I'd wish they leave these things alone. After the public got tired of all the bogus ninja schools in the eighties and nineties, it's been hard for us serious practitioners to earn a decent living. Now they want to dredge up the past. Not that I have anything against Bruce, but it just isn't right." He shakes his head and... and... is gone!
